Personal Match UK Ltd take seriously your concerns in regards to privacy and we value the relationship we have with you. This Privacy Policy is to communicate with you what information we collect from customers, how we use that information. We also outline the measure we take to safeguard customer information. By accessing the website www.personalmatchuk.co.uk (and its pages), you acknowledge the Terms and Conditions communicated in this policy. We reserve the right to change this policy at our own discretion without notice.

WHAT INFORMATION IS COLLECTED?

When a user visits our website, we collect information about the visit that does not identify the user personally. We track information such as the domain from which the user is visiting and the user’s browser type. We also collect specific information regarding the user’s session on our website. Personal Match UK Ltd does not collect any personally identifiable financial or health-related information. We do not intentionally collect information from children under the age of 13.

We may use the information you provide to:

WHAT ARE “COOKIES” AND HOW ARE THEY USED?

We use cookies on this website. A cookie is a text file sent by a web server to a web browser, and stored by the browser. It allows the web server to remember you from one page to the next. The way we use cookies on our site does not affect your privacy in any way.

We use cookies to monitor how well the site is working. One of the tools we use for this is Google Analytics. This allows us to gather aggregate data about how the web site is used. It does not gather information that allows us to identify you individually.

Some of our partners use tracking images to collect anonymous order information. Only anonymised order details are sent to our partner, Commerce Connector. No user details or personally identifiable information of any kind is transmitted.

HOW WE PROTECT PERSONAL INFORMATION?

Personal Match UK Ltd maintains industry standard methods and mechanisms such as firewalls, intrusion monitoring, and passwords to protect electronic information. Multiple physical security methods such as locking devices and 24 hour premise monitoring are also employed. Finally, access to PII is limited to a small number of personnel and on a need-to-know basis.

The Personal Match UK Ltd website may contain links to other internet websites. Personal Match UK Ltd neither controls nor endorses external sites and is not responsible for the content of such sites. This policy does not cover the privacy policies and data collection practices of non-Personal Match UK Ltd websites.

HOW TO OPT OUT OF CORRESPONDENCE

You may withdraw any consent you previously provided to us, or object at any time on legitimate grounds, to the processing of your personal information. We will consider your request and, as required by applicable, apply your preferences going forward, within a reasonable amount of time. In some circumstances, withdrawing your consent to our use or disclosure of your personal information will mean that you cannot take advantage of some of our products or services.

Based on the information a user has provided, Personal Match UK Ltd may send e-mail correspondence to the user. Each correspondence will contain an easy means to opt out of further correspondence.

HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

We are committed to protecting your personal data.

We will use your sensitive personal data you completed on the [Become a member form, Application form] for the purposes of providing our services to you or if we need to comply with a legal obligation. We will use your non-sensitive personal data to (i) register you as a new client, (ii) manage payment, (iii) collect and recover monies owed to us (iv) to manage our relationship with you, (v) send you details of our goods and services.

Our legal grounds for processing your data are in relation to points (i) to (iv) above are for performance of a contract with you and in relation to (v) above, necessary for our legitimate interests to develop our products/services and grow our business.

We will not share your details with third parties for marketing purposes except with your express consent.

DISCLOSURE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

We may have to share your personal data with (i) service providers who provide IT and system administration support, (ii) professional advisors including lawyers, bankers, auditors and insurers (iii) HMRC and other regulatory authorities (iv) third parties to whom we sell, transfer or merge parts of our business or our assets and/or (v) [to other professionals for the purposes of discussing your treatment]/[to my supervisory coach as part of my coaching training]

We require all of these third parties to whom we transfer your data to respect the security of your personal data and to treat it in accordance with the law. They are only allowed to process your personal data on our instructions.

Some of our third party providers are businesses outside of the EEA in countries which do not always offer the same levels of protection for your personal data. We do our best to ensure a similar degree of security by ensuring that contracts, code of conduct or certification are in place which give your personal data the same protection it has within Europe. If we are not able to do so, we will request your explicit consent to the transfer and you can withdraw this consent at any time.

DATA SECURITY

Protecting your data is important to us and we have put in place security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. We also limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know such data. They will only process your personal data on our instructions and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality.

In certain circumstances you can ask us to delete your data. See the section entitled ‘your rights’ below for more information. We may anonymise your personal data (so that you can no longer be identified from such data) for research or statistical purposes in which case we may use this information indefinitely without further notice to you.

DATA RETENTION    

 We will only keep your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which we collected it. We may retain your data to satisfy any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements so for example we need to keep certain information about you for 6 years after you cease to be a client for tax purposes.

You have the right to ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you in certain circumstances. See section below.

YOUR RIGHTS

In relation to a Subject Access Right request, you may request that we inform you of the data we hold about you and how we process it. We will not charge a fee for responding to this request unless your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive or excessive in which case we may charge a reasonable fee or decline to respond.

We will, in most cases, reply within one month of the date of the request unless your request is complex or you have made a large number of requests in which case we will notify you of any delay and will in any event reply within 3 months.

KEEPING YOUR DATA UP TO DATE

If there are any changes to your personal data (such as a change of address) please let us know as soon as possible by writing to or emailing the addresses set out in section above.

COMPLAINTS

We are committed to protecting your personal data but if for some reason you are not happy with any aspect of how we collect and use your data, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK supervisory authority for data protection issues (www.ico.org.uk).

We should be grateful if you would contact us first if you do have a complaint so that we can try to resolve it for you.

We may change this Privacy Notice from time to time and shall notify you of any changes.

Back to my coaching sessions and today it felt so good. Refreshing some points is something I feel like I needed and Naseem Bhaji was so easy to talk to, made the coaching so clear making me feel comfortable and positive, looking forward to continuing with the process! It hasn't been long since I joined the service and Naseem baj and her team have been absolutely amazing. Baj really wants what's best for you and she has put me with very good amd serious potential matches that have the qualities I'm looking for. There is no time wasting as they do all the background work for you, I feel like I'm in really good hands. I pray baj and her team are rewarded for the tremendous service that they provide.

I have been with Naseem baji and personal match for a while now, she takes time to get to know her clients and I’ve found the coaching sessions invaluable, it has helped me refocus my conversations which has been really encouraging. I’ve been with personal match for the last two months and am happy with the service. The team are very approachable and it’s easy to book an appointment when needed. I have used PM services and have felt the potentials I have been introduced to have been well considered for suitability. I haven't yet had success but I am hopeful. I am in my 30s and don't enjoy using online platforms to meet potentials and I like the fact that individuals have been pre-sifted/vetted and have experienced professionalism and care from Naseem, Lubna and Nadia. I also had a recent coaching session with Nadia ahead of a re-meet which was helpful and well pitched in terms of supporting preparation. Matchmaking is a murky world, do consider what is right for you in terms of matchmaking service including costs etc, however so far the potentials that I met through PM have been considered and I have appreciated a third party doing the matchmaking for me to find a suitable life partner/husband.

Excellent and professional service! Its tough meeting likeminded people day to day and swiping through endless people on Muzmatch is disheartening. Naseem is great, I met with pre-vetted professionals who were all very respectful and decent. She understood my requirements and the meets felt very private and islamically appropriate.
