How to Tell If We’re a Scam (Hint: We’re Not)
As a Muslim matchmaking service that has been running since 2011, we have seen our fair share of attempts to smear our reputation and name. However, we have now come across that we are a ‘scam’ LOL. Let’s take a look at an example below…
Our Offers Are Real—No Magical Unicorns Here
“No Unicorns, Just Good Old-Fashioned Service”
- Scam example: “Win a million dollars with a single click!” (never to be heard from again)
- Us: “Get a useful engaging service and meet committed candidates for marriage. No unicorns or magical promises involved.”
Our offers and services are straightforward and genuine. If we make a promise, it’s one we can keep, (we never promise marriage, how can we that’s up to God’s) like providing matches for marriage and support.
Reasons why we a are NOT a scam
- We have matched and married thousands of people (with Allah SWT’s blessings)
- We keep in touch regularly and are always around to receive calls and messages should any of our clients get in touch anytime, in fact our diary links are always open.
- We guide and support our clients, and offer real advice, advice and support that may they have not heard before but we have always stated we play devil’s advocate to encourage progression.
- We have a full time team available to be reachable and arrange a call with our clients upon request.
The Muslim marriage market is a crowded one, our approach works however that may not mean we are for everyone. What to expect from us:
- Receive support and help from experienced professionals
- Meet real Muslim matches who have been internally vetted by us to ensure they are a good person who is committed to finding a partner.
- Discuss your feedback with us and learn what your matches have to say about meeting you.
- We listen, learn and accommodate to your feedback (within our capabilities)
The main thing when reviewing a service, is not to take advice and guidance from anonymous profiles, approach the service and raise your concerns. For clarification, if someone meets a match and does not wish to meet them again, this is a normal human experience, there is no magic wand for us to get someone to reciprocate your or their feelings. What we can do is overtime learn about you and suggest match based on experience of who you will like. Remember we have matched thousands of people so the circumstance in which someone would not like anyone at all they meet with us is very low, however it exists because it has to, because we are human and work with humans (not ordering from Ikea).
Thank you for taking the time to read this, we hope it was a little humorous and brought a lighthearted side to serious accusations. Our doors remain open to anyone who wishes clarification and listen to recent voice notes of real live client experiences to understand how we help others.
